here’s a little backstory for you:

My beautiful friend from middle school - Lady Bug - used to model. Now that we’re both living in KC again, I’ve had the pleasure to photograph her a lot! These photos were developed in my basement haha with one light, a diffuser, a mini fan and hair dryer… then voila! We created magic. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I do.

I’VE BEEN WANTING

to use a fan in my work SO BAD. Images with movement always stand out more so I found the perfect opportunity to give it a shot with this look!

Although my mini fan wasn’t powerful enough, it never hurts to improvise! Always remember that.
